Terms of Service

1. Agreement
By creating an account or using Trader Mode AI you agree to these Terms and to our Risk Disclaimer and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be at least 18 years old.
2. The service
Trader Mode AI offers charts, indicators, rule-based setups, a risk calculator, a trading journal, price alerts and an AI assistant for educational purposes. We do not execute trades or connect to brokers.
3. Your account
Keep your login details secure; you are responsible for activity on your account. Provide accurate information and do not share, resell or scrape the service or its data.
4. Plans and payments
Some features require a paid plan (PRO, PREMIUM or VIP). Prices are shown on the Pricing page and may change with notice. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel any time and keep access until the end of the paid period. Refunds are handled under the payment provider's and our refund policy.
5. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt to break its security, overload it, or use it for unlawful activity. We may suspend accounts that break these Terms.
6. No advice and limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is". Market data and analysis may be incomplete or wrong. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for trading losses or for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
7. Changes
We may update the service and these Terms. Material changes will be announced in the app. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
8. Governing law and contact
