What we collect
Account details (email, name, and Google profile basics if you sign in with Google); your watchlist, journal trades, alerts and settings; messages you send to the AI assistant; and basic technical data such as browser type and error logs.
How we use it
To run your account and features, keep the service secure, answer support requests and improve the product. We do not sell your personal data.
Who can see it
Your journal, alerts and watchlist are private to your account and are protected by access rules in our database; administrators cannot browse your journal. We use trusted providers to host the app, store data, process payments, deliver market data and run the AI assistant. Messages to the AI assistant are sent to our AI provider to generate answers.
Retention and your rights
We keep your data while your account is active. You can ask us to access, correct, export or delete your data by emailing support@tradermode.ai. Deleting your account removes your journal, alerts and watchlist.
Cookies and storage
We use essential browser storage to keep you signed in and remember your language. We do not use advertising cookies.

We will post updates to this policy here and note the date at the top.
